Dining Experience Leader

We seek a highly experienced dining leader to drive exceptional food and beverage operations at our luxury resort.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic direction of food and beverage operations, ensuring outstanding dining experiences for guests.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on quality, cost control, and profitability.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to enhance skills and engagement within the team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities.
  • Maintain alignment to brand standards across all food and beverage outlets.

About You:

  • Degree in hospitality management or relevant field, or significant industry experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role working in multi-outlet food and beverage operations in a luxury resort setting.
  • A commercial mindset with proven results in driving quality, cost control, and operational excellence.
