\About the Role:
  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and seating guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  2. Taking orders and serving food and beverages with precision and efficiency.
  3. Maintaining the cleanliness of service areas and tables to ensure a high standard of presentation.
  4. Assisting with the set-up and pack-down of events and dining spaces as required.
  5. E nsuring all food safety and workplace health standards are met at all times.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, applicants must possess:

  • A proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and management.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Previous hospitality or F&B experience is highly desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
