Tax Director Role

We are seeking an experienced tax professional to shape our global tax function and lead our tax strategy.

  • Global tax planning and related transfer pricing systems and processes
  • Managing R&D Tax Credit claims
  • Income tax calculation and tax-effect accounting
  • Tax compliance (including sales tax, fringe benefit tax) and governance in each territory we operate
  • Assistance with M&A tax-related activities
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in tax working in high-growth companies operating globally in the technology or SaaS sector
  • A 'get things done' approach; you can dissect problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy and in a cost-effective manner
  • A team-first mentality and communication skills that allow you to influence others at all levels and functions within the organization to rally behind shared business goals
  • Keen attention to detail and a data-driven approach to ensure accuracy and drive informed decisions
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for leveraging technology, including AI, to drive process improvements in tax compliance, planning, and reporting
