This role will enable you to bring your customer service experience to a leadership position, where you'll be responsible for delivering high-level customer service to customers experiencing property claims process.
Key Responsibilities:

- Review, monitor and manage operational performance
- Identify and support the learning, development and training of employees
Candidate Profile:
- Experienced Customer Service Consultant with success coaching or leading a team
- A supportive and empowering leader, engaging with individuals to achieve positive outcomes
- Strong communicator who can build rapport with customers
- A high level of resilience and assertiveness whilst maintaining excellent customer service
- Solutions driven individual who make tough decisions quickly
- Hybrid working with a minimum of one day in the office per month
