Job Description

We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy and its team members. This is a highly technical, clinically rich environment where precision, collaboration, and continuous learning are part of everyday practice.

As Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing pharmacy operations and team performance, providing clinical oversight and ensuring safe, effective medication management, supporting and mentoring a team of Pharmacists and Technicians, collaborating with on-site Oncologists, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals, overseeing compliance with regulatory and quality standards, driving innovation and continuous improvement in pharmacy services, and supporting the delivery of clinical trials and compounding services.

Requirements
  1. Current AHPRA general registration as a Pharmacist.
  2. Minimum 5-years Pharmacist experience in an Australian setting, with demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  3. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  4. The ability to build effective relationships with Clinicians and Hospital Executives.
  5. A proactive mindset with a focus on growth and innovation.
