Customer Service Training and Development Manager

Rex, a leading regional airline in Australia, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Trainer to join our team in Sydney.
About the RoleThis full-time position involves overseeing our team of Customer Support Officers and contracted ground handling agents. You will be responsible for facilitating and delivering training in all aspects of customer service duties, ensuring our staff are trained to the highest level and maintain currency under CASA regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions for Saab and B aircraft operations, including check-in, flight dispatch, disruption recovery, and aerobridge operation.
- Develop and deliver training programs for Check-in Kiosks and ABD's.
- Ensure staff compliance with Rex standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate training records and assist in developing new training programs.
- A minimum 3 years' experience in the airline industry or similar field.
- Certificate 4 in Work Place Training & Assessment or willingness to undertake the program.
- Extensive experience in Sabre or similar software preferred but not essential.
- Ability to facilitate training and assessment activities, manage high workloads, and communicate effectively.

Salary and ConditionsThe successful applicant can expect a competitive salary, ranging from AU$80,000 to AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and conditions.
