Key Responsibilities- Asset Health and Hydrocarbon Management: Develop and implement strategies to improve asset performance, reliability, and availability.
- Reliability and Maintenance Planning: Work with engineering, reliability, and maintenance planning teams to develop and deploy changes to maintenance processes, procedures, and work packages.
- Hydrocarbon Management Process Ownership: Set business hydrocarbon standards and processes, and work with SMEs to identify effective solutions and embed them as business-as-usual processes.

- Project Management: High-level project management skills with strong ability to identify initiatives, projects, or programs to increase asset capability, performance, and standards.
