Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team at EACH Victoria. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will play a crucial role in providing individual and group therapies to adolescents aged 12-18 who are experiencing severe mental health concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver specialist counselling for young individuals, focusing on severe mental illness
- Supervise and mentor junior clinicians to maintain exceptional service standards
- Exceed service targets and ensure accurate documentation of service delivery
- Collaborate with local stakeholders for coordinated client care and develop referral pathways
- Provide clinical leadership and contribute to clinical supervision sessions
About the Program
The Youth Enhanced Services (YES) Program is a pivotal initiative, delivering personalized care to adolescents aged 12-18 through a combination of comprehensive therapies and multidisciplinary team approaches. It combines in-person and digital interactions, including assertive outreach and home visits, to engage youth.
Clinical oversight ensures high-quality service delivery, supported by comprehensive referral strategies to enhance care continuity.
