Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge and hands-on experience in application development, infrastructure creation, and the deployment of digital solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Co-developing and maintaining scalable, reliable, and high-performing digital health platforms and clinical information systems.
- Leading the integration of health record systems with clinical and administrative platforms to ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability.
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship, fostering best practices in system architecture and implementation.
- Implementing robust security protocols to protect patient data and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Continuously monitoring and optimizing system performance, swiftly resolving issues to enhance user experience.
- Staying updated on healthcare IT trends, proposing innovations to improve clinical workflows and patient care.
- Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and contributing to reusable project-level best practices.
The successful candidate will have:
- Familiarity with HL7 messaging and medical data exchange; knowledge of InterSystems Data Management Software is a plus.
- Experience with MS SQL Server, middleware, and integration platforms (REST APIs).
- Strong expertise in enterprise networking, cloud security, and SIEM solutions.
- Extensive experience in IT infrastructure, application development, and cloud solutions, particularly within healthcare or regulated industries.
- Proficiency in VxRail, VMware, and hyper-converged infrastructure environments.
- Deep knowledge of Nursecall, Patient Entertainment Systems, and healthcare facility management systems.
- Skilled in Digital Workplace technologies, including Windows 10/11, M365, and mobility/virtual desktops.
