Job Description

As a seasoned construction professional, you will oversee site activities, manage subcontractors, drive site safety, and coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering high-quality projects on time and within specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a site manager, site supervisor, or foreperson in fit-out/refurb projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodology, safety, and compliance
  • A proactive leadership style with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Trade qualification or degree in construction management preferred
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
