Key Responsibilities
  • Elevate SQE's delivery model by enabling visibility and control of key project metrics from origination to commissioning.
  • Cultivate close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Main Tasks
  1. Develop cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts in alignment with capital approval processes.
  2. Build and maintain integrated schedules to track delivery performance and manage interfaces.
  3. Maintain document control systems for versioning, traceability, and controlled artefacts.
  4. Manage risk and issue registers to surface early challenges and mitigation strategies.
  5. Administer change control processes to maintain alignment of scope, cost, and schedule.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of project controls professionals to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
  7. Develop and implement project control procedures and tools to enhance project delivery.
  8. Monitor SQE project progress and performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  9. Ensure effective communication and coordination between project teams and other business units.
