Design Manager Role

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Design Manager to join our team. This key position is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of project designs, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall project design delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Develop and manage design fee estimates for both concept and detailed design phases
  • Implement risk management principles and methodologies to mitigate potential issues
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of project designs that meet project objectives and client standards

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in the water industry or similar process industry
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent tertiary qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in being accountable for delivering designs that meet project objectives, legal requirements, quality system requirements, and client standards
