Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to business development and client engagement, maintaining and expanding existing relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee project financials, including fee proposals, resourcing, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
  • Manage and mentor engineers and drafters within the team, promoting a high-performance culture and fostering collaboration.
  • Peer review of design work and documentation to ensure quality and compliance with established standards.
  • Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations, and industry forums, providing expert insights and thought leadership.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and design standards, ensuring best practices are adopted across the organization.

Ensure that projects are executed in accordance with professional standards, ethics, and quality procedures. Minimize commercial and technical risks by raising awareness among project teams and implementing mitigating strategies.
