Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Manager to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in marketing and account management. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple accounts and engagements simultaneously, owning and expanding client relationships by skillfully leading complex projects.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships by taking a genuine interest in their organisation, team, and marketing challenges.
  • Create comprehensive marketing strategies and communication plans for clients, working effectively with internal teams to implement.
  • Share knowledge of strategic marketing and related trends to customize marketing programs and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and measure campaign results, making recommendations for improvement.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Onboarding clients, educating them on processes, and building effective relationships.
  • Managing day-to-day campaign activities, optimizing results, and presenting progress to clients.
  • Coordinating internal teams to deliver seamless project outcomes.
  • Writing clear briefs for production departments and managing project sequencing.

We seek individuals who are team players, friendly, authentic, collaborative, and adaptable. We require exceptional time and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively. HubSpot Partner Account Manager Certification is highly regarded but not required.

This is a hybrid role, allowing flexibility between working from home or our co-working space, with some attendance in the office required during the onboarding period.
