About the Opportunity

The Organizational Development Consultant will work closely with the Culture and Organizational Development team to implement projects that support the organization's goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing People and Culture projects to meet compliance requirements and support business objectives
  • Developing a strong and cohesive organizational culture through internal stakeholder partnership and collaboration
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and advise on Human Resource matters
