About the Role
We have exciting opportunities for Customer Service Representatives to join our high-performing Opal Customer Care team, based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As a representative, you will be the face (or voice) of Opal for customers, resolving their queries and assisting with any transactions they may need help with.
We work in a high-volume, high-pressure environment where excellent customer service is the focus of every call.
We have a comprehensive 2-week training program run by our in-house Learning & Development team which will ensure you are providing the highest level of Customer Service to our customers.
This role is paid a minimum hourly rate of $39.10.
About You
We are looking for people who thrive in a high-volume, high-pressure environment. Ideally, you will have:
- 12 months of customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre-based.
- Excellent customer service skills and a desire to resolve customer issues.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to understand and follow processes.
- The ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience working in a high-pressure environment and managing a high volume of calls.
- Exceptional written, verbal and numeracy skills.
- The ability to quickly learn new systems and be proficient in data entry.
You must be available to start on a Monday and be willing to work a rotating roster from 6 am-10 pm and working 9 am-5 pm for the first 3 months of employment.
All candidates will be required to undergo an Australian Federal Police (AFP) check.
