About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Area Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Graduate Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates and driving process improvements to ensure efficient delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of associates and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure associates have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Completed a tertiary qualification (undergraduate or post-graduate) in the last 24 months in any discipline or degree.
  • People-focused with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Loves to analyze problems and develop solutions.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possesses leadership qualities and is able to motivate and inspire others.
