Restoration Specialist Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Restoration Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will play a key part in helping families and businesses recover from damage across Brisbane.

You will work closely with our experienced technicians who will mentor and support you. With our company expanding in Queensland, this position offers excellent opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Restore homes and businesses by performing water and mould restoration, drying, remediation, and strip-outs.
  • Assist in cleaning, salvaging, and restoring fire-affected properties and belongings.
  • Carefully assess, remediate, and document items for recovery, helping clients restore valued possessions.
  • Maintain company equipment and vehicles in top condition to ensure every job runs smoothly.
  • Provide thorough assessments and cost projections using digital reporting tools to support insurance claims and restoration planning.
  • Potential for travel regionally or interstate to support recovery efforts during major events.

Requirements:

  • Construction White Card
  • Manual QLD driver's license
  • Valid police check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work on-call and after hours on a roster basis
  • Basic electronic reporting skills
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
