As a Bush Regeneration Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the restoration of natural ecosystems and promoting ecological sustainability. This role requires a strong passion for environmental conservation and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

About the Role:
  • Lead teams in field-based activities such as revegetation and habitat restoration.
  • Apply expertise in plant identification, ecology, and conservation biology to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Maintain high levels of physical fitness to work in remote areas and adverse weather conditions.
  • Develop and implement safe work practices, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and community groups.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management (Natural Area Restoration) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SEQ flora, including native and exotic species across various ecosystems.
  • Revegetation skills and experience in ecological restoration practices.
  • Manual Driver's Licence + 4WD capability.
