Job Description
Mental health professionals are in high demand to provide care and support to individuals with various mental health conditions. As a Registered Nurse, you will be working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based nursing care. Your primary focus will be on providing patient-centered care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver evidence-based nursing care
  • Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
  • Ensure patient and staff safety
  • Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs

Requirements
For this role, we are seeking an individual with the following qualifications and skills:
  • Current Registration with AHPRA
  • Post Graduate Certificate in Mental Health (or working towards)
  • Working with Children Check
  • A Police Check – completed within the past 12 months
  • Commitment to Quality Patient Care
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
  • Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Works well independently and within a team
  • Basic computer skills
