Key Responsibilities
  • Translate customer challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Support product innovation through collaboration with Digital R&D.
  • Evaluate digital products, conducting trials and performance assessments.
  • Investigate market trends, customer pain points, and technical growth opportunities.
Essential Skills
  • Strong technical acumen and Mechanical/Electrical trade qualifications.
  • A customer-focused approach ensuring support and solutions align with market needs.
  • Collaborative mindset working closely with the Engineering Team Lead and Product Manager.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills reviewing and refining product designs.
  • Attention to detail ensuring high-quality execution of engineering activities.
Requirements

We welcome candidates with relevant experience and formal trade qualification. Mechatronics or Electrical engineering qualifications are considered but not mandatory. Essential experience includes hands-on work with excavators and haul trucks in a mining environment.
