Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our team. As a coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to athletes of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill daily/weekly coaching duties as assigned by the Head Coach or General Manager.
  • Provide a consistent and high-quality training experience for all athletes.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of all D1 Training offerings.
  • Assist in growth and maintenance of membership base by providing high-level training.
Required Qualifications and Experience:Nationally Recognized Certification

We require nationally recognized certifications such as CSCS, NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM. First-Aid/CPR/AED certification is also a must.

Strength & Conditioning Experience

A minimum of 2 years of strength and conditioning coaching experience is required. Our ideal candidate has experience working with youth and adult athletes.

We are looking for coaches who possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a drive to constantly improve and grow both personally and professionally.
