In this key role, you will be responsible for implementing global visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the in-store brand experience.
This is a hybrid position that requires adaptability and strong organisational skills as it involves working 3 days per week in our Sydney office and 2 days from home.
- You will be required to implement creative visual merchandising elements and execute appealing and eye-catching visual displays.
- You will also be responsible for providing ticketing for all spa artwork, promotional artwork, campaign price ticketing, grid wall panel, category header, step display, print and distribute A3/A5/A4 tickets or strutted cards.
- You will work with marketing to deliver ticketing for department stores through their portals and provide this to National Pharmacy where relevant.
- You will drive consistency of visual presentation by coaching and training store teams/District Managers during periodic store visits across ANZ sales channels.
- Awareness of latest luxury retail and cosmetics trends.
- Demonstrated ability to work innovatively and collaboratively.
- Strong organisation, ability to work independently and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven time management skills and the ability to multi-task and deliver projects on time.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, adaptable, and resourceful, possess initiative.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge in Adobe Creative Suites & Microsoft Suite.
