  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service on the shop floor, fitting room, and/or cashier desk, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
  • Monitor daily product replenishment and maintain high image standards in-store, guaranteeing an effortless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Analyse sales rankings to promote the correct merchandise, creating an engaging and relevant environment that resonates with our target audience.
Your Responsibilities
  • Create commercial floor changes based on sales analysis and current trends, showcasing new products and promotions in an enticing way.
  • Greet and interact with all customers, providing assistance as required, and fostering a sense of community within our store.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and product feedback, staying up-to-date on industry trends and adapting our visual merchandising strategy accordingly.
  • Support other store functions as required, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.
About You
  • Hold 1 or more years' experience in visual merchandising within the retail industry or possess a visual merchandising qualification, allowing you to drive results and achieve business objectives.
  • Have an appreciation for fashion and product, enabling you to create visually appealing displays that captivate our customers.
  • Be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, prioritizing their needs and preferences above all else.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment, always finding solutions that benefit the business.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and strong team-player mentality, working collaboratively with colleagues to drive success.
