Visual Merchandising Professional

As a senior visual merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of visual presentation across all product categories.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in visual merchandising, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact store displays and visual concepts that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with head office and local suppliers to manage window installations and ensure timely product changeovers
  • Plan, prepare, and implement regular store zoning and rotations to optimize product placement and maximize sales potential
  • Manage products, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing stock levels
  • Share qualitative and photographic feedback to inform product decisions and improve overall store appearance
  • Visit competitors to identify best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to develop and implement visual merchandising concepts that align with business objectives
  • Implement store zones and events to create engaging and immersive customer experiences
  • Conduct daily visual merchandising checks to maintain luxury retail standards and address any issues promptly
  • Support the store leadership team with day-to-day operations, including floor management, transaction processing, and opening/closing duties

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in visual merchandising, with examples of successful window displays, ready-to-wear, accessories, and interior merchandising
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
