Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

  • This is a dynamic leadership role that supports the Director of Food & Beverage in leading the day-to-day operations of all hotel food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing hands-on approach to coordination and management of hotel's food and beverage outlets.
  2. Supervising F&B Outlet Managers/Supervisors to ensure they perform duties and responsibilities to standard required.
  3. Maintaining high level of visibility, monitoring service delivery, and assisting in operations as required.
  4. Regularly reporting on status of outlets and any activities that may influence trade and outlet operations to the Director of Food & Beverage.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in similar role, demonstrating strong understanding of industry.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with passion for delivering results and fostering development of team.
  • Proven ability to manage complex relationships, interacting positively with guests, staff, owners, and third-party partners, reflecting well on hotel and brand.
  • Valid certifications, including NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol and current driver's license.
