About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Architect to join BCS Technology. This individual will be responsible for understanding customer business problems, providing innovative solutions, and driving the solution throughout the development lifecycle from pre-sales to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closely work with the sales team to engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Develop and present technical solutions that meet client requirements, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Design and oversee Proof of Concept (PoC) projects to demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of proposed solutions to clients.
  • Effectively communicate and convince clients of the benefits and value of proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers to create high-level project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones.
  • Provide initial technical guidance and ensure that the solution design is properly handed over to the implementation team.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients during the implementation and delivery, addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with offshore teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate effective knowledge transfer and ensure offshore teams are aligned with project goals and requirements.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master's degree preferred).

Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in solutions architecture, presales, and project delivery.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
  • Experience in applying artificial intelligence to provide innovative solutions to business problems.
  • Expertise in native mobile development for iOS and Android and experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks such as React Native, and Flutter will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
