At ForHealth Medical Centres, we're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Administration Professional to join our Carlton practice. As a key team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service to patients, manage the front desk reception, and support healthcare professionals with general administration duties.

The Opportunity

This Casual role offers the chance to work collaboratively within our practice, providing high-quality customer service to patients. You'll be responsible for greeting patients, collecting and entering patient details into our database, scheduling appointments when required, answering telephone calls and enquiries, and providing administration support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and welcome them into our Centre.
  • Collect and enter patient details into our database.
  • Schedule appointments when required.
  • Answer telephone calls and enquiries.
  • Provide administration support and other ad hoc duties.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with previous customer service experience an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, including a professional and personable telephone manner.
  • Detail-orientated and able to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage.
  • Able to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
