Job Opportunity: Trial Attorney

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious trial attorney to join our team. As a key member of our litigation department, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases and develop your skills as a litigator.

Our ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience as an attorney focused on litigation, with a proven track record of drafting legal documents, managing depositions, and handling matters independently. Exposure to second chair trial work is preferred, but strong interest in developing as a trial attorney is essential.

In this role, you will work closely with partners on case preparation, timelines, and strategy, incorporating feedback to refine legal solutions. You will also communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, maintaining deadlines and meeting billable hour targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload involving civil, business, construction, and employment litigation, delivering high-quality, client-ready legal work.
  • Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents; participate actively in depositions and case strategy.
  • Serve as second chair in trials with the opportunity to grow into first chair responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience as an attorney focused on litigation, ideally in civil, construction, business, or employment law.
  • Proven ability to draft legal documents, manage depositions, and handle matters independently.
  • Exposure to second chair trial work is preferred; strong interest in developing as a trial attorney.
