Job Description

We are seeking a skilled litigator to join our team as an Associate. As a trial attorney, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload involving civil, business, construction, and employment litigation.

You will draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents; participate actively in depositions and case strategy. You will also serve as second chair in trials with the opportunity to grow into first chair responsibilities.

Work closely with partners on case preparation, timelines, and strategy, incorporating feedback to refine legal solutions. Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, maintaining deadlines and meeting billable hour targets.

Participate in professional development, including community involvement, mentorship, and pro bono work.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience as an attorney focused on litigation, ideally in civil, construction, business, or employment law.
  • Proven ability to draft legal documents, manage depositions, and handle matters independently.
  • Exposure to second chair trial work is preferred; strong interest in developing as a trial attorney.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and billable hour requirements.
