Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned transactional tax attorney to lead our growing national tax practice.

The ideal candidate will have practiced for at least 8 years, with experience ranging from structuring mergers, acquisitions and minority investment transactions, as well as forming private equity, venture capital and real estate funds, SPVs and other investment vehicles (including REITs), with a demonstrated proficiency in partnership and corporate tax (including drafting operating agreements and limited partnership agreements).

Experience with executive and other equity-based compensation is desired but not necessary.

We are looking for a lawyer with a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school, minimum 5+ years' tax law experience, preferably in private practice. An LL.M. in Taxation is also preferred. The candidate must be active in any state bar license.
