Sales Management Professional

As a seasoned sales management professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving store performance and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for ensuring the store exceeds sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as a Team Lead on a maternity cover. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of supervisory or management experience and a solid background in retail sales or customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Nurture and grow our client portfolio through strategic commercial outreach
- Support the Store Manager in organizing and hosting events for clients
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations
- Develop expertise in product and sales training modules
- Assist in supervising, developing, and training designated staff and supervisors
- Ensure seamless store operations, including opening and closing procedures
