About this Role

As a Presales Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success by leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen to deliver innovative identity and access management (IAM) solutions.

You will collaborate with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to understand their business objectives, technical challenges, and security needs. Your responsibility will be to design and present tailored IAM solutions using Okta's suite of products.

  • Customer Engagement & Solution Design
  • Understand customer business objectives, technical challenges, and security needs
  • Design and present tailored IAM solutions using Okta's suite of products
  • Technical Expertise & Enablement
  • Demonstrate live architecture workshops, drive proofs of concept (POCs) as part of a team, and pilot deployments to showcase Okta's capabilities
  • Business Alignment & Thought Leadership
  • Align IAM solutions with customer business priorities, focusing on efficiency, security maturity, and ROI

Partner with other stakeholders to drive adoption and support across the organization. Stay up-to-date on emerging threats, compliance regulations, and industry trends to guide customers in future-proofing their identity strategies.

You will represent the company as a technical leader at customer meetings, industry events, and webinars.

  • A strong technical background in cloud-based identity and access management solutions
  • Experience working with large and complex environments
  • A proven track record of driving customer success and delivering innovative solutions
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • The ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies through ongoing learning and professional development
  • Exhibit strong business acumen and ability to navigate micro/macro-economic factors affecting IT budgets and workforce needs
  • Industry-specific knowledge and experience in APAC region desired
