Identity Management Policy Specialist

Develop and refine features to drive the adoption of identity management policy on leading edge cloud technologies.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to improve business processes, refining feature requirements, and participating in agile scrum ceremonies.

As an Identity Management Policy Specialist, you will possess expertise in user access management, the Sailpoint IIQ platform, Role-based Access Control model, and Business and IT Role mining.

You will have a strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies and be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies for secure access control and data governance.
  • Refine feature requirements to meet business needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Work closely with technical teams to test and deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

About You:

With 3+ years' experience in User Access Management in financial services, you will be passionate about driving business value through process improvements and technology adoption.
