We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the Energy sector.

Job Description:

This role will support our high-performing in-house team and be based in Sydney office. The position is part of growth in Australia's energy transition, with significant opportunities for professional development.

The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years' experience in legal recruitment in Australia, with a track record in recruiting legal roles within the energy & resources industry.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing candidates through databases and online platforms;
  • Selecting and matching candidates for appropriate positions;
  • Negotiating salary packages and conducting reference checks as required;
  • Developing relationships with relevant candidates and clients, fostering positive referral networks.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of the Australian legal recruitment market;
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced team environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Self-motivated and hard-working individual with a willingness to learn and adapt.
