Support Delivery and Growth as a Senior Recruitment Specialist

This exceptional opportunity is to work on a game-changing multi-year Total Talent Management Solution with a global leader in technology.

Covering contingent, permanent, contractor management, graduate and project support, this role offers a fantastic chance to grow your career and skillsets covering multiple disciplines. You will help drive key deliverables across contract generation and onboarding, timesheet management and invoicing, contractor care and service, system audit and compliance, customer care and resolution, innovation and process improvement while being involved with side projects as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality recruitment support to the broader Talent team.
  • Oversee and manage permanent and contractor new hire setups, including certification checking, references, contract management, rate setup, and system-related duties.
  • Manage documentation and process efficiency, ensuring accurate system data and reporting requirements.
  • Provide contractor care focus, including retrieving contracts, system setups, answering queries and questions as part of pre-boarding and onboarding.
  • Set up and chase regular timesheets, provide contract extension support, and regularly check-in with contractors to develop relationships.
  • Allocate and process invoices for approval, perform general administration tasks as required.
  • Conduct system testing and other project support duties.
  • Partner with the offshore resourcing team across all recruitment support-focused activities.
  • Participate in team activities and training.
  • Utilize Microsoft suite, Bullhorn ATS system, Job Boards, and other payroll/finance systems and onboarding portals.

Requirements:

  • A real passion for making a difference within a busy Recruitment function.
  • Success and experience in contractor management and new hire setups.
  • Solid Recruitment administration and coordination experience and knowledge.
  • Good knowledge and experience in systems and document control.
  • High customer service values and over-and-above service skills.
  • Intermediate organizational and administration skills coupled with computer literacy and database management.
  • System and reporting experience.
  • Demonstrated ethics, integrity, and judgment skills due to sensitive information managed day-to-day.
  • Ability to be a strong team player, flexible, professional, and have a can-do attitude.
