
Recruitment Specialist

As a seasoned Recruitment Specialist, you will be an integral part of our high-performing team in the Media Group. Your expertise will enable you to take on value-add projects for clients, including hiring manager training and graduate programs.
This role involves working closely with senior clients to develop strategic solutions for current and future talent requirements. You will also deliver exceptional customer service by establishing effective relationships with key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will act as an escalation point for all positions within designated agency groups and provide regular reporting on recruitment performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior clients to develop strategic solutions for current and future talent needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through internal and external collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with clients, superiors, peers, and direct reports based on their information needs.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering continuous improvement through successful project management of recruitment initiatives.
- Optimize systems and processes to enhance performance and productivity.
- Manage advertisement campaigns, referrals, and conduct behavioural interviews, reference checks, and other relevant offer process activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 5 years' experience in recruitment, either in-house or through an RPO provider.
- Previous experience in media, advertising, or creative industries is highly regarded.
- Solid knowledge of current recruitment market insights, trends, and technology.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and applicant tracking or CRM systems.
