Senior Legal Counsel Position

Our organization is seeking a qualified solicitor to join its Litigation Team as a Senior Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the litigation and dispute resolution team in matters related to insurance and superannuation.
  • Conduct legal research, review, and draft responses to client and regulatory complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to deliver timely and effective legal support.
  • Assist with drafting legal opinions, matter summaries, reports, and training materials.

Requirements:

  • Hold a law degree and practising certificate in Australia.
  • Be proactive, highly organized, and able to work autonomously under pressure.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail with excellent drafting, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
