Job Description We are looking for a Lawyer / Associate to join our Superannuation & Insurance Litigation Team on a full-time or part-time, permanent basis.
You have the choice of being based in our Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane office.
This role is suited for candidates looking to make their mark within the firm while helping everyday Australians.
Our Superannuation & Insurance Litigation practice assists individuals from all walks of life with disputes arising out of:their life insurance cover held either through their superannuation funds or directly with a life insurer or financial institution.
The team assists with disputed Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) claims, Income Protection claims, Trauma claims, and Life Insurance claims;their general insurance cover, such as home insurance or business interruption insurance; andfinancial advice received from financial advisors or financial services institutions.
