Financial Services Solicitor

We are seeking a skilled solicitor to support our dynamic litigation team on a contract basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, insurance broking, and/or superannuation.
Key Responsibilities:- Work independently within the litigation team to support the insurance and superannuation businesses.
- Gain valuable experience in insurance and superannuation matters.
- Manage contentious matters, including litigation, document reviews, client affairs, and general matter management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to deliver timely legal support.
- Assist with drafting legal opinions, matter summaries, reports, and training materials.
- A law degree and practicing certificate in Australia.
- A proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and ability to work autonomously under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail, excellent drafting, writing, and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Gain invaluable experience in the insurance and superannuation industries.
- Develop your skills in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Enhance your knowledge of Australian law and regulations.
- Build relationships with experienced professionals in the field.
