The Opportunity

As an Occupational Therapist, you will visit clients in their own homes, providing practical advice, services, and solutions so they can maintain their independence and wellbeing.

Your caseload will be varied, and you will play a key role in the health and wellbeing of clients with a range of health needs, including chronic health conditions such as cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disorders, diabetes, and dementia.

You will be responsible for developing care plans and solutions tailored to each client's individual needs, working collaboratively with other clinicians and the wider care team.
