The Financial Institutions & Professions (FI&P) vertical is the largest business unit within our organization.
The FI&P team provides expert insurance and risk advisory services to clients in the financial and professional services industries, specializing in complex, high-risk, and regulated companies. Our goal is to deliver exceptional client outcomes through a combination of industry insights, data analysis, and strategic partnerships.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, retention, and delivery across NSW.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to manage internal channel distribution relationships and drive sales initiatives.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, lead tender responses, and proposals to contribute to the growth and retention of our portfolio.
  • Oversee open market placement activities, ensuring alignment with go-to-market strategies and compliance with industry standards.
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of Financial Institutions/Professions clients, including the strategic management of client relationships at a senior level.
  • Demonstrate a client-centric approach to servicing clients, delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments, sharing insights with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in key speaking opportunities at industry events to promote our organization's brand and capabilities in the FI&P space.
  • Lead and support operational changes, embedding agile practices and modern tools to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team, supporting career development, performance management, and succession planning.
