Job Overview

As a key leader in our production operations, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our Capsules Production area. This role is critical to ensuring we meet our business objectives and maintain our commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability.

Your primary focus will be on leading a high-performing team of frontline members, developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of ~ 12 frontline members, empowering them to take ownership of their work and contribute to the success of the Capsules Production area.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement plans to drive productivity, quality, and safety gains.
  • Ensure products are produced and packed in accordance with agreed specifications, meeting all quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of operational metrics, including Safety, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Hygiene, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Engagement, and Environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in operational leadership, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience with visual management, daily meetings, and tiered accountability.
