Your Key Responsibilities:- Conduct functional assessments for young children to determine appropriate supports
- Collaborate with families and inter-disciplinary teams to implement individualised intervention plans
- Provide direct services in both individual and group settings
- Support families, educators, and professionals in creating inclusive environments and staying updated on best practices

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (essential)
- Registration with Speech Pathology Australia (essential)
- Experience working with young children with developmental delays or disability and their families
- Openness to work in an innovative, dynamic and relationally informed early intervention model
- Knowledge of early childhood intervention principles and best practice
- Current drivers' license, willingness/ability to travel to clients (pool cars provided)
- Current Blue Card
