Business Transformation Specialist

This role involves working as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams. As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will require strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and diplomacy to navigate complex relationships.
The primary responsibility is to contribute to the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects by leveraging the latest software versions. This entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key objectives include leading workshops, gathering business requirements, crafting solutions, and articulating concepts in an engaging manner. You will develop lasting relationships with clients and collaborate with other teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities encompass business requirements gathering, functional design, and implementation of D365 Finance & Operations components that meet customer specifications and conform to industry standards.
- Strong understanding of finance and operational topics
- Advanced knowledge of business processes and commercial acumen
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations products
- Experience delivering in a Waterfall environment
