About Our Transformational Business Change Expert

The Transformational Business Change Expert will work closely with the Project Manager, Executive Leadership Team and key stakeholders to develop and implement a business transformation approach.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and manage organisational change issues relevant to the project by leading the assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of changes.
  • Contribute to setting expectations regarding outcomes for the project and assist with enabling the delivery of project goals.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to develop and influence the business transformation approach and provide advice on change management related issues.
  • Minimise and manage the program's exposure to risk and implement effective quality assurance controls from an organisational change and benefits perspective.
  • Develop all aspects of the business transformation plan and communication strategies and approach required to successfully implement transformational business change across the project.
  • Ensure the business transformation plan dependencies such as stakeholder engagement, current/future state impacts, change readiness, and change sustainability is understood at an organisational level and managed accordingly.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness and metrics including business readiness targets, business engagement activity, training design and deployment activities, key operational metrics and return to productivity measures.
  • Champion implementation of business transformation, working closely with project teams, Subject Matter Experts and all key stakeholders, taking into consideration role changes for staff, data migration, training and engagement activities and any business activities required to integrate new processes, procedures or products into the 'business as usual' environment.
