Business Transformation Specialist

Job Summary:
This is a critical role in supporting the delivery of ICT change projects within our organisation, with a focus on ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement and minimal disruption to business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete impact analysis of assigned projects and assess organisational capability to deliver, identifying potential conflicts and areas for improvement.
- Assess organisational change requirements for successful delivery of Information Services projects and initiatives, considering people impact, process changes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.
- Drive adoption of IS OCM Framework across all IS projects by project managers and vendor Change Manager resources (where applicable).
- Ensure IS change initiatives meet objectives, are on time and budget, and increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and achievement of results and outcomes.
- Develop stakeholder engagement management plans for individual projects.
- Develop change strategies for individual projects to maximise employee readiness, adoption and usage while minimising resistance.
- Undertake business readiness assessments and stakeholder feedback analysis.
- Manage Vendor change resources within IS projects through quality assurance activities.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in complex ICT change projects from end to end with organisation wide impacts.
- Demonstrated experience navigating / overcoming resistance to change.
- Significant demonstrated experience in developing, initiating and executing change management plans - including providing guidance & leadership in Communication, Coordination and Analysis.
