Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market data and develop innovative trading ideas to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage trading positions to optimize risk-adjusted returns and ensure consistent profitability.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of traders and analysts to refine strategies and drive performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in proprietary trading or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment.
  • Solid understanding of risk management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Familiarity with market microstructure and order flow analysis.
