Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordination Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, AU. As a key member of our project management office, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules for significant renewable energy infrastructure projects.

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather project inputs and ensure accurate scheduling of milestones and deliverables. You will track and report on project progress, identifying and addressing scheduling risks or deviations from the baseline.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and maintain detailed schedules for electrical utilities & renewable energy projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather project inputs and ensure accurate scheduling of milestones and deliverables.
  • Track and report on project progress, identifying and addressing scheduling risks or deviations from the baseline.
  • Provide insightful schedule analysis to key stakeholders and contribute to project reviews.
  • Align schedules with overall project objectives, timelines.
  • Support risk mitigation efforts by identifying and communicating scheduling conflicts early.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in coordination for complex, multidisciplinary projects. You will possess 5+ years of experience in a coordination or project controls role on large-scale projects and have a proven track record of working on high-value or technically complex projects in construction, renewables, or similar industries.

You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders. Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, are essential.
