Production Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to lead our team at Caravan Fix. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, organisational skills and technical expertise.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, coordinating repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of caravan technicians
  • Schedule jobs and manage repairs to meet quality and delivery targets
  • Ensure effective communication between trades, customers and office staff
  • Oversee workshop operations including repair coordination, parts procurement and supplier relationships
  • Manage sublet work and maintain clean, organised and compliant workshops
  • Provide accurate repair updates and timeframes to customers and insurers
  • Liaise with customers and insurers professionally and respectfully
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in caravan, automotive or mechanical repairs
  • Strong team leadership and organisational skills
  • Hands-on problem solver with a mechanical mindset
  • Confident communicator able to lead teams and reassure customers
  • Trade background in auto, mechanical, cabinetry or electrical fields
  • Knowledge of plumbing, 12V systems or RV accessories
  • Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
  • Welding or fabrication experience
